Paugh and Aiken Department of Public Safety Master Officer Scotty Richardson were honored there along with hundreds of others who lost their lives in the line of duty in 2011. Richmond County Sheriff's Office deputies and Aiken Department of Public Safety officers are home after their trip to Washington, D.C. for National Police Week. They say it was an emotional, yet rewarding journey to honor J.D. Paugh and Scotty Richardson.
