A Lakeside Mddle School parent is furious about a group of boys that call themselves "The Charlie Rape Gang".

A mom told us that her son told her, that the boys tackle kids and then simulate sexual acts on them. She says it happens in and outside the school.

"Because I'm fearful of public school. I don't want that to happen to me or to my little brother or sister." Joey Doran decided to speak to us in hopes that something will change at Lakeside Middle School.

He says he's afraid of this group, "The Charlie Rape Gang". “I've seen them attack kids in the locker room in the locker and once they're on the ground, they start humping them,” Joey told me.

On Facebook, we found one boy who says he's employed by "The Charlie Rape Gang" and has CRG listed as his middle name. We also found a conversation between some of the self described members and a girl they apparently attacked. She said, "Woah, Woah, Woah… I was thrown on the ground and ...I didn't want to be."

"My biggest concern now is that they think that it's funny," said Cara Doran, who is Joey's mother. She says her son recently told her several boys got suspended for two days for assaulting a girl at school, but she thinks they should have been expelled.

"Columbia County is supposed to have this zero tolerance for bullying, and if that's not bullying, then I don't know what bullying is," Cara said.

She emailed several school board members and even took it a step further... she went down to the Columbia County Sheriff's Office and filed this report. She says Lakeside Middle should have notified parents, "I'm afraid this particular school just doesn't want their reputation tarnished."

Jillian Benfield, reporting: "What do you hope happens?" "That they get expelled," Joey answered. "Why?” i asked. “So they won't do it again," Joey said.

We contacted several Columbia County Board of Education members, but since it was President's Day at the time of this report, we did not hear back. We plan on talking to someone from the school board about this “Charlie Rape Gang” Tuesday.
