WJBF News Channel 6 has learned that one person has died after being shot at the River Glen Apartment Complex.
Deputies tell us that 27-year-old Truemaine Jones, of 200 block of Japonica Avenue, was shot in the face just after 9:00 p.m. Sunday night.
Jones' body is being transported to the GBI Crime Lab, an autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
Our reporter was on the scene around 11:00 p.m. when shots rang out again.
This is the second murder at the River Glen Apartment Complex this year. Doniel Hicks was murdered over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend.
This is Richmond County's 7th homicide in 2012.
