A Thomson teen is dead after an accident in McDuffie County. According to the McDuffie County Coroner's office, Lee Harris, 17, was killed when he was ejected from the car.
The accident happened off of Highway 150 in McDuffie County.
Investigators say the driver of the car was rounding a curve when the car began to flip several items and that's when Harris was ejected.
Harris would have been a senior at Thomson High this year.
The driver of the car was sent to MCG. Charges are pending against the driver.
This is Mcduffie County fourth deadly accident this year.
