Aiken, SC -- According to Aiken County Coroner Tim Carlton, autopsy results on 14-year-old James Cody Fox, of North Augusta, South Carolina have been released.
The autopsy revealed that Fox died from a cardiac arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat) due to left ventricular hypertrophy (an enlargement of the muscular tissue of the left ventricle). This is typically a congenital defect that may develop gradually with no symptoms present.
Fox's death is being ruled a natural death.
