Aiken County, SC -- A series of accidents at the Savannah River Site (SRS) has cost one of the main contractors over $4 million dollars.

The federal government's Department of Energy just finished it's annual review of Savannah River Nuclear Solutions.

As a result of the review, and the recent accidents, the government dropped the SRNS reward from $16 million to less than $12 million.
