And approval for the new TEE center could change the face of some longtime downtown businesses. WJBF has learned that Reggie's, a hot dog stand mainstay at 9th and Reynolds would have to move to make room for the new Hyatt. And it's not just hot dogs - but other businesses that could feel the impact in the coming year.
