ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) - Detroit Lions coach Jim Schwartz says Matthew Stafford is day to day with a knee injury.

Schwartz refused to say Monday whether Stafford’s right kneecap was dislocated, adding “we’ll know more,“ on Wednesday.

Stafford, the No. 1 pick in the NFL draft, had the knee twisted on a sack in Sunday’s 48-24 loss against the Chicago Bears. Daunte Culpepper replaced Stafford on the Detroit’s next possession, and Stafford got the knee wrapped on the sideline.

Detroit (1-3) hosts the Pittsburgh Steelers (2-2) on Sunday.
