Aiken, SC—Something happened at South Aiken High School, Monday, that no one outside the Thoroughbred football team thought would…they had football practice.
The T-Breds won just two games during the regular season and Friday night traveled to face top-seed and heavily favored Hilton Head in the first round of the state playoffs.
They trailed by 20 going to the final quarter…and scored 21 unanswered to upset Hilton Head…extend their season…and wear Cinderella’s slipper into round two, this Friday night.
