Evans, GA—It’s good to be a Lakeside Panther. The football team is on the verge of winning its first ever region championship, the Volleyball team made it to the state’s sweet sixteen, and the boys and girls cross country teams are in position to win a state championship.
We caught up with the Running Panthers Tuesday afternoon. You talk about a good group. The boys and girls teams are enjoying their highest rankings in school history. Both squads are ranked number two in Class 4-A. On Saturday, they hope to knock off top-ranked Marist for the state crown.
