Clemson Coaches Postpone Aiken Visit

AIKEN, SC—Clemson head football coach Dabo Swinney and head basketball coach Oliver Purnell were unable to make their scheduled visit to Aiken Tuesday night.

Inclement weather in the Greenville, South Carolina area kept their flight from leaving for Aiken where they were supposed to take part in the Aiken-Edgefield County Clemson Club’s “Prowl and Growl: Tiger Trek 2009” program at the Aiken Jaycees Exhibition Building.

Swinney and Purnell will return to Aiken next Tuesday, event organizers told WJBF Sports.
