CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) - C.J. Spiller ran for one touchdown and caught another to lead Clemson to a 31-7 win over Duke, its 14th straight, on Saturday.

Spiller began the scoring for the Tigers (5-5, 3-4 Atlantic Coast Conference) with a 24-yard run. In the third quarter, he caught Cullen Harper’s pass in stride and broke free for an 83-yard touchdown.

The win extended Duke’s futility at Memorial Stadium, where it has not won since 1980.

The Blue Devils (4-6, 1-5) were hurt early when standout quarterback Thaddeus Lewis left with what looked like an ankle injury in the opening quarter. He did not return.

Clemson’s Aaron Kelly had 10 catches to become the ACC’s all-time leader with 217 receptions.
