More than 500 workers at Washington Mutual’s mortgage processing office in Florence will soon be out of jobs.

In a WJBF-TV News Channel 6 Consumer Alert, many Washington Mutual (WAMU) customers have some changes to get used to. This comes after WAMU was taken over by the FDIC and sold to J.P. Morgan Chase. Diana Alvear has this report on the seizure.
