A Greenbrier High School student has been arrested and charged with taking pictures with a cell phone up a teacher’s skirt. Curtis James Pickard, 17, has been charged with that crime.

It’s a controversial subject that’s making headlines again saggy pants. Monday afternoon, some Augusta commissioners voiced their concern over the fashion trend. After the report, the City of Waynesboro started to enforce an indecent exposure statute and now an Augusta Cmmissioner is trying to do the same in the Garden City.
