They will do anything, it seems, for free tickets. Wednesday, the staff at Aiken Regional Medical Centers took a break from scrubbing in, to saddle up, and compete for the title of the best “boots and cowboy hats.“ Our own Joy Howe was a judge.

The powerful sedative Diprivan was found in Michael Jackson’s home, a law enforcement official said Friday as the city planned for a massive crowd at the singer’s memorial service. Diprivan is an anesthetic widely used in operating rooms to induce unconsciousness. Also known as Propofol, it’s given intravenously and is very unusual to have in a private home. Cobb County Probes Fake Graduation Tickets

Faced with angry parents, Cobb County school officials say they will examine graduation tickets to determine how many are fake. At least 100 people, with legitimate tickets, say they were turned away from South Cobb High School’s graduation ceremony because there wasn’t enough space for everyone.
