GA Grand Jury Indicts Suspects In Vernon Forrest’s Slaying
A Fulton County grand jury has indicted three men accused in the killing of boxing champion Vernon Forrest. Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard says the three suspects were formally charged Tuesday in a 10-count indictment accusing them each of felony murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, armed robbery and other charges.

UPDATED: Kentucky Murder Suspects Arrested In Aiken
Aiken authorities have arrested two suspects in a Kentucky murder case…Aiken County Sheriff’s Office investigators say Dustin Lee Mackie and Angela Mackie were pulled over by the South Carolina Highway Patrol, Thursday night, in Aiken County. The Paducah Police Department has also sent us a press release on the arrest of the Mackies, and the murder they are wanted for.

The arrest of four New York terror suspects was videotaped by a resident from the roof of a building nearby as it took place. The home video shows the tractor trailer authorities used to block the SUV the suspects were riding in at the time of their arrest Wednesday night.

Four men face charges of trying to carry out an attack on a synagogue community center in New York City and plotting to shoot down a military plane. But authorities say the explosive and missile that figured in the alleged plot were fake—provided by an informant working for the FBI and other agencies.
President Obama Says US Prisons Tough Enough For Detainees
President Barack Obama says some of the terror suspects held at Guantanamo will be brought to prisons in the United States, despite fierce opposition in Congress. Speaking at the National Archives, Obama said U.S. prison facilities are tough enough to house even the most dangerous inmates. He criticized what he said is an effort to politicize the issue, and said he won’t do anything to endanger the American people.

President Obama: Prosecution Possible For Those Who Authorized Torture
President Barack Obama has opened the possibility of prosecuting Bush-era lawyers who authorized torturing terror suspects and suggested Congress might order a full investigation. Less than a week after declaring it was time to move on, the President is now describing what might be done next to investigate. ABC News’ Clayton Sandell has the story.
