According to Lt. Troy Elwell, of the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office, funeral services have been set for Lt. Michael Frank, who died in an automobile accident, on Saturday.

Despite all the trouble on Wall Street and with our banks the brick and mortar continues to go up in Columbia County.  Leaders say they have been responsible with taxpayer money and they offer a quality of life that attracts business to their community.
