Richmond County BOE Looks At Saggy Pants Policy At School Events
The pants get pulled up, or you get kicked out. Tuesday night, a new policy was discussed at the Richmond County Board of Education Committee meeting. Atlanta Councilmen Propose Sagging Pants Ordinance
Atlanta soon could be the latest city to outlaw sagging pants. The City Council is set to consider the issue at its Monday meeting. Council members C.T. Martin, Ceasar Mitchell and Lamar Willis are proposing the new law, which would “make it illegal to expose one’s undergarments in a public setting.“

Some Hate To See City Of Augusta Bag Saggy Pants Law
The proposal didn’t need a lot of selling at the Brigham Senior Center..the city cracking down on saggy pants. Commissioner Corey Johnson proposed the new ordinance but then decided the city should not play the part of pants police.

Saggy Pants Saga Revisited
It’s a controversial subject that’s making headlines again saggy pants. Monday afternoon, some Augusta commissioners voiced their concern over the fashion trend. WJBF News Channel 6 first brought you the saggy pants special report, this summer. After the report, the City of Waynesboro started to enforce an indecent exposure statute and now an Augusta Cmmissioner is trying to do the same in the Garden City. Saggy Pants Could Be Banned In Augusta
Saggy pants in the spotlight once again. It’s a controversial issue that first came into play after an Atlanta councilman proposed a ban on the clothing style.
