Carjacking Suspect Sought In Augusta

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who carjacked a woman in Augusta, on August 11th, on the 1300 block of Merry Street, around 1:19 a.m. The suspect is identified as 26-year-old Nathaniel Robert Thomas.

According to Lt. Scott Peebles, the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a bank robbery suspect.

Richmond County Forgery Suspect Sought

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help from the public to help identify a forgery suspect. Investigators say a company check from Soultry Sounds Cafe, located at 1031 Ellis Street, was compromised. The value of the check was $800.

Richmond County Bank Robbery Suspect Sought

According to Sgt. Calvin Chew, the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a bank robbery suspect. Sgt. Chew says on Monday October 19th, at approximately 3:34 p.m., a suspect robbed the Wachovia Bank located at 2835 Washington Road, in Augusta.

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is looking for two suspects after a shooting early Monday morning at IHOP. It happened on the 3100 block of Peach Orchard about 12:30am.

UPDATED: Augusta Man Arrested On Aggravated Assault Charges

Richmond County Sheriff’s Office investigators looking for a man wanted on Aggravated Battery charges. Investigators say 34-year-old Taurus Farrar severely beat his girlfriend, Friday afternoon. It happened along the 3600 block of Brussels Street, in Barton Village. Investigators also say Farrar was stabbed several times, and is in need of hospital care.

1 Suspect Arrested In Papa John’s Pizza Robbery, 1 Still Wanted

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man for robbing the Papa John’s Pizza, on Windsor Spring Road, Wednesday night. Employees say Augustine Quinones and another man cam into the store wearing white, plastic “Jason” masks and flashed a gun. The men then demanded money, fired a single shot, and then took off on foot. Quinones has been arrested, and the other suspect is still being sought.

Suspect Identified, Sought In String Of Richmond County Burglaries

According to Investigator Aaron Hannsz, the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office has identified a suspect, and is currently seeking the suspect in a string of burglaries in Richmond County. The suspect is identified as 43-year-old Earl Alex Harris, Jr. Harris is wanted for three counts of Burglary that occurred on October 5th at three different convenience stores; 4150 Windsor Spring Road, 4250 Windsor Spring Road, and 1237 Gordon Highway.

Convicted Sex Offender Sought By Richmond County Sheriff’s Office

According to Investigator Charles Mulherin, the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) is looking for a convicted sex offender from Michigan. The person is identified as 48-year-old Albert Leonard Floyd. Floyd registered with the Michigan State Police that he was moving to Augusta, GA. As of Wednesday, October 7th, Floyd has failed to register with the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.

Richmond County Sheriff’s Office investigators need your help in finding the person who broke into the McTeer Food And Fuel convenience store, which is along the 4100 block of Windsor Spring Road.

CAUGHT ON TAPE: Broad Street Gas Station Burglarized

According to a Richmond County Sheriff’s Office incident report, someone threw a large rock through the front window of Bodie Shell Station, located on 13th Street, in Augusta. The burglar got away with about $1,300 worth of cigarettes and cigars.
