Getting ready for a new board at the James Brown Arena, The bill has been signed by Governor Sonny Perdue, revamping the Augusta Coliseum Authority, and by the end of this month, a new authority is supposed to be in place. WJBFChannel 6’s George Eskola has the story.

A letter signed by eight members of the Augusta Coliseum Authority accuses state lawmakers of a power grab in the bill to restructure the board. The letter blasts lawmakers saying the bill was untimely, unprofessional, and possibly unethical. WJBF News Channel 6’s George Eskola has more.
