Feds: Leader Of Radical Islam Group Killed In FBI Raid
Federal authorities in Detroit say they fatally hot the leader of a radical fundamentalist Sunni Islam group after he failed to surrender on several criminal charges. The U.S. attorney’s office says Luqman Ameen Abdullah was killed while exchanging gunfire with federal agents Wednesday at a warehouse in Dearborn.

Nobody Arrested, No Bomb-Making Materials Found In New York Terror Raids
Police in New York City say they acted pre-emptively in raids Monday on a group of Afghan men. At least one of them is allegedly connected to Al Qaeda, and was believed to be involved in a bomb-making plot. But, authorities have not placed anyone under arrest, and no bomb-making material was found. ABC News’ Linsey Davis has more.

SC Poultry Plant Manager Faces Immigration Charge
The manager of a Greenville poultry plant has been indicted on a charge he knowingly hired illegal immigrants. Prosecutors say Barry Cronic began hiring illegal immigrants at Columbia Farms in Greenville in 2000, and kept hiring them until a raid last October. The raid found more than 300 people working at the plant who were in the country illegally.

300 Suspected Illegal Immigrants Caught In SC Chicken Plant Raid
Federal authorities say more than 58 people suspected of being illegal immigrants were busted in a massive raid on a Greenville chicken processing plant that has been under investigation for months. In all, some 300 people are being detained following the Tuesday raid at the House of Raeford plant. Authorities are checking fingerprints and releasing people in the country legally. They said those checks will take place all day.
