Lady Bulldogs Fall In First Round of NCAA Tournament

For only the third time in NCAA Tournament history, the Georgia Lady Bulldogs dropped a round of 64 contest in “March Madness.“ Georgia fell to Arizona State, 58-47, at The Arena at Gwinnett Center on Saturday.

Georgia Practices In Full Pads Saturday

For the first time this spring, the University of Georgia
football team worked out in Sanford Stadium in full pads.

Fourth-ranked Georgia used timely hitting and solid defense to defeat No. 25 Mississippi State, 5-3, in front of 3,876 fans Friday, the sixth largest crowd in Foley Field history and the second largest regular season crowd.

The University of Georgia football team practiced for two hours during its second spring practice of the year at the Woodruff practice fields on Wednesday afternoon.

No. 4 Diamond Dogs Roll Over Georgia State

Each Georgia starter had at least one hit and the fourth-ranked Bulldogs scored runs in five of the first six innings in an 11-6 win over Georgia State Wednesday in Atlanta.
