According to Lt. Michael Frank, the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) is investigating the reported kidnapping of an unidentified man early Wednesday morning on the 400 block of Hillman Street, in Warrenville, South Carolina.

Michael Frank, the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) holds a warrant for the arrest of a Jackson man, who failed to register as sex offender and failed to notify ACSO of his change of address. Thomas R. Rhoden Jr., 34, of the 5100 block of Trotter Court, inJackson, South Carolina, will be charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
