it was a chance to remember someone special…and support a special event. Lieutenant Michael Frank was the face of the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office. Last November, he was killed in a car accident. They turned themselves in Thursday night. The men are identified as Michael Hutto, and 29-year-old Daniel Conder.
