Judge Says Michael Jackson’s Estate Can Pay For Funeral
Michael Jackson’s estate will pay what are being called “extraordinary” expenses for the pop singer’s funeral. A judge in Los Angeles authorized the current administrators of Jackson’s estate to pay for the costs of Jackson’s funeral and interment, which are scheduled for Thursday evening.

Michael Jackson’s father said Monday his family is waiting for results of a private autopsy before deciding on funeral arrangements. But, the Jackson family did go to court Monday, taking the first steps toward managing Michael Jackson’s estate, and taking care of his three children.
