Judge Approves Michael Vick’s $20 Million Bankruptcy Plan

A judge in Virginia has approved a plan for Michael Vick to repay $20 million to his creditors and emerge from bankruptcy. U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Frank Santoro approved the plan Thursday on the condition that Vick retain a personal financial planner to manage his future earning with the Philadelphia Eagles.

A Coward man accused of gunning down his son over the weekend appeared before a judge Monday morning. Florence County Coroner “Bubba” Matthews says Dominic Lewis, 22, of Railroad Avenue was shot sometime Saturday night in the lower back of the head and was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

UPDATED: Rocky’s Life Spared

The owners of a dog, named “Rocky”, were in court, Thursday, after complaints he chased kids around a south Augusta neighborhood. Rocky didn’t bite the kids, but neighbors claim he is aggressive.
