Officials Say SC Will Have Enough Flu Vaccine

South Carolina health officials say enough flu vaccine has been ordered this year for everyone who is recommended to get a shot. State Department of Health and Environmental Control spokesman Adam Myrick told The Greenville News for a story Saturday that everyone over 6 months of age should get a flu shot.

Columbia County 2008 Public Influenza Vaccine Clinic Schedule

The Columbia County Health Department will hold Influenza vaccine clinics for the public on the dates and locations posted below. All clinics will be held pending vaccine availability. Children 6 months and older are eligible for the vaccine while supplies last. The cost of the vaccine is $25 for the injectable vaccine and $30 for the Flumist (if available), payable by cash, check, Medicaid or Medicare Part B (bring cards for Medicare and supplements). Please make checks payable to the Columbia County Health Department.
