It’s is a dying girls last wish. Karen Flores is 23 years old, and her parents live in Honduras. She’d like to see them one last time. But it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. WJBF News Channel 6’s Barclay Bishop has more.

On Friday night, Augusta was home to the first ever Hispanic Outstanding Leadership Achievement Awards.  Local leaders, Georgia representative Pedro Marin and acclaimed singer Noelia Zanon were on hand to recognize leaders in categories that included education, culture and health to name a few.  And during the introduction, HOLA Augusta publisher Nancy Nunez announced a new partnership with WJBF News Channel 6.
