President Obama Warns Wall Street Againt High-Risk Behavior
President Barack Obama says he sees new signs of the kind of high-risk business behavior that nearly caused a financial meltdown a year ago and is warning Wall Street there won’t be another bailout.

Federal Deficit Hits $1.38 Trillion Through August
The federal deficit surged higher into record territory in August, hitting $1.38 trillion with one month left in the budget year. The Treasury Department says the deficit last month was $111.4 billion, below the $152 billion that economists expected.
GA Revenue Figures Fall Again In August
Georgia’s tax collections dropped about 16 percent in August over the same month last year, but Gov. Sonny Perdue’s office says exceptional circumstances were largely to blame and there are no plans yet for further budget cuts.
