The remnants of Tropical Storm Ida have been hitting the CSRA all day Tuesday, causing pretty bad flooding in some areas. One Augusta homeowner tells us every time it rains it pours for her…and her backyard is proof. WJBF News Channel 6’s Barclay Bishop has more.

Wednesday, we told you about the problems folks at Whitney Place were having with their drainage systems. Well, the developer of the property came out and fixed the problem. They found out there were 2 major holes in the pipes.

Complaints are raining down in an Augusta neighborhood. The people who live there say they’re tired of what the water is doing to their homes and they want something done about it. WJBF News Channel 6’s Barclay Bishop has more.

They may be dried out from the weekend, but with more rain in the forecast this week, people are bracing for more problems in Columbia County. We heard from frustrated neighbors over the weekend; Monday, we hear from the county. As WJBF News Channel 6’s Paige Tucker reports, leaders say they are working to identify the problems and figure out ways to fix them.

The sound of rain is not such a good thing for some folks in Columbia County. Flooding in one neighborhood has left one family homeless, others scrambling to save their belongings. WJBF News Channel 6’s Joy Howe has their story.

Heavy rains have produced some flooding in places around the C.S.R.A. There are reports of flooded basements in some downtown Augusta buildings. And some neighborhoods in Columbia and Aiken counties are also reporting flooding in streets and yards.
