A 2-year-old Richmond County child attacked by dogs is recovering. We have the latest in the case, where officials say the owner of the dogs is no stranger to Richmond County Animal Services. WJBF News Channel 6’s Paige Tucker has the latest.

The owners of a dog, named “Rocky”, were in court, Thursday, after complaints he chased kids around a south Augusta neighborhood. Rocky didn’t bite the kids, but neighbors claim he is aggressive. A local pet store facing some pretty tough charges. Loo’s Cuddly Critters owner, Rebecca Loo, has been cited for multiple counts of animal cruelty. Loo’s accused of not taking proper care of the more than 60 puppies she keeps in her store. WJBF News Channel 6’s Barclay Bishop has more.
