Richmond County Jailer Accused Of Selling Marijuana To Inmates
Deputy Michael Arrington, of Grovetown, was arrested Thursday morning at the Richmond County jail. Richmond County Sheriff Ronnie Strength says, as recently as Thursday morning, Arrington sold marijuana to an inmate.
