A New Ellenton man is suing the Aiken County Sheriff and a former deputy. Back in September, dash cam video caught Jeffrey Nation striking a teen in the throat. That teen is striking back with a lawsuit. WJBF News Channel 6’s Joy Howe has the story.

A lawsuit has been filed against the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office, the Sheriff himself, and a former deputy. Back in September, dash cam video from Jeffery Nation’s patrol car caught him striking a New Ellenton teenager in the throat. Nation was fired from the Sheriff’s Office, shortly after the incident.
