Burke County Investigators Uncover a Dogfighting Ring

Authorities in Burke County uncovered a gruesome dogfighting ring. One person was arrested and investigators are still looking for more suspects. UPDATED: Missing Burke County Teen Located In Richmond County

According to Sgt. Dan Lowe, the Burke County Sheriff’s Office needs assistance from the public in locating a runaway juvenile. The juvenile is identified as 14-year-old Clarissa Mack, who is described as being 5’5” tall, and weighing 130 pounds. Update: Mack has since been found in Richmond County.

Waynesboro Murder Suspect Arrested In Fulton County

An accused killer will be brought back to Burke County to face charges of murdering a 16-year-old boy, two years ago. Stanley Howard will be brought back to Burke County on Saturday. He is accused of killing 16-year-old Damian Wright, in Waynesboro, back in August of 2007.

A man has mysterious disappeared in Burke County. Now, investigators need your help to find 35-year-old Silas Gabriel Fletcher. WJBF News Channel 6’s Barclay Bishop has the details on the search.
