The man accused of stalking Miley Cyrus appeared in Tybee Court, Tuesday afternoon, but the preliminary hearing expected to take place was continued until next week. The state requested the continuance because they want more time to assess the results of a search warrant served on 53-year-old Mark McLeod’s Appling, GA home, several weeks ago.

Jail records show 36-year-old John Ludwig was released from the Greenville County jail Tuesday after posting $30,000, 10 percent of his $300,000 bond.
