Three arrests have been made in the recent rash of bomb threat calls made in regards to Butler High School, and are searching for another. The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Brandon Guidry, 17, Dontrel Twiggs, and a juvenile who’s 15-years-old. RCSO is looking for another student they say played a part in the threats, 17-year-old Fakeem Brown.

Dr. Dana Bedden, the Superintendent of Richmond County Schools stopped by Monday and spoke with Mary Morrison on WJBF News Channel 6 at Noon. He spoke about the arrests made in the recent rash of bomb threats at Butler High School, rightsizing meetings, and money for the school district.

Wednesday another bomb threat was called in to Butler High School through 911 dispatchers.  It’s the tenth bomb threat in a week at the Richmond County high school. Since last Tuesday, there have been 9 bomb threats at Butler High School. The most recent one was Tuesday, March 17th.
