Pot Activists File Ballot Measure In California
Oakland marijuana activists have taken a step toward asking California voters to legalize pot. The ballot measure they filed Tuesday with the California attorney general’s office would allow adults 21 and over to possess up to an ounce of pot.

T.I. Casts His Vote, Despite Record
T.I. has had his say as a voter. But the rapper did so only after finding out that he was still eligible to cast his ballot, despite being a convicted felon. T.I. says he did some research and found out that under a Georgia law, convicted felons are eligible to vote if they aren’t currently serving probation or prison sentence.
