And that was the reason I cried
so many nights. And that put it all into perspective,“ he said.

Michael Vick is back at NFL practice for the first time since the former Falcons star left prison. Vick’s return after a dogfighting scandal saw him running drills Saturday in training with the Philadelphia Eagles. He recently signed a one-year deal with the Eagles.

Rookie safety William Moore, the Atlanta Falcons’ second-round pick from Missouri, is expected to miss two to four weeks following arthroscopic surgery on his left knee.

Atlanta Falcons receiver Harry Douglas is out for the season after suffering a knee injury. Coach Mike Smith says Thursday that Douglas suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in a drill on Wednesday and will miss the season.
