South Carolina Force head football coach Bubba Diggs has been fired after only one game.

The startup indoor football team playing at the Bi-Lo Center in Greenville picked Bubba Diggs, a former tight end who played for Clemson’s 1981 national champions.

The Augusta Colts aren’t officially closing their doors, but they won’t be playing football, next spring, in James Brown Arena. However, Colts owner and team president, John Scisson, announced he is planning on fielding a team in the American Indoor Football Association (AIFA), in 2010.
