Philandering South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford is on the road asking for forgiveness and support as questions remain about his travel spending. Sanford apologized at a packed Rotary club lunch in Summerville on Wednesday for his affair with an Argentine woman and said it was a self-inflicted wound that’s ended his political ambitions.
