According to Lt. Tim Pearson, on Wednesday, November 18, 2009, North Augusta Department of Public Safety Officer (NADPS) Brandon L. Cameron, 27, was arrested by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO). Cameron has been charged with Criminal Domestic Violence.

Aiken County Sheriff To Host Halloween Drop-In For Children
According to Sgt. Dave Myers, Sleepyheads, and Angels, will be among the characters distributing candy to children who trick or treat on Friday, October 30, 2009 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO), 420 Hampton Avenue, NE, in Aiken, South Carolina. ACSO employees have assembled bags of candy, and in addition, ACSO Deputies will distribute bags of candy to children during the evening while on patrol Saturday October 31st, Halloween night.

Early Wednesday afternoon, an Aiken County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) top ten most wanted subject wanted for Criminal Domestic Violence of a High and Aggravated Nature, and Kidnapping, turned himself in to ACSO investigators. Carlos Antonio Allen, 32, of the 2100 block of Sassafras Road, in Aiken, is charged with Kidnapping, and Criminal Domestic Violence of a High and Aggravated Nature.

Three Month Probe Nets Multiple Aiken County Drug Arrests

UPDATED: Third Suspect Arrested In T&S Drive Murder In Aiken County
Aiken County Investigators are searching for two men. They say Maurice Council and Akia Jordan shot and killed a teenager at T&S Mobile Home Park Wednesday night. It’s the third murder there in the last two years. Neighbors want more of a police presence in the area, but police say without community cooperation, everyone is running out of options. WJBF News Channel 6’s Joy Howe has more. UPDATE: Sammy Leon Smith, 33, has now been arrested in connection to the death of 16-year-old James Collins.

Aiken County Murder Suspect Arrested
According to Capt. Troy Elwell, Akia Jordan, 17, of Ridgecrest Road, in Aiken, surrendered to the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday. Jordan has been charged with Murder, Assault and Battery with Intent to Kill, Simple Assault and Battery and Possession of a Weapon during the Commission of a Violent Crime. the charges stem from the shooting death of 16-year-old James Collins on T&S Drive, last week.
