There was great news overnight from South Carolina. A baby kidnapped right out of his mother’s car, in a post office parking lot, has just been reunited with his parents, and police say they have a suspect in custody. ABC News’ Ryan Owens is in North Charleston, South Carolina with the story.

North Charleston, SC—They are snapshots of a reunion so many feared would never happen. Early this morning, police and FBI agents safely returned 1-month-old Angel Perez to the anxious arms of his parents.
The last pictures we’d seen of the little boy were captured on surveillance video, Monday afternoon.
Angel’s mother, Lidia Juarez, was shopping with her baby…then taking him to a nearby post office. She left him in her car while she went inside for 5 minutes to buy stamps. When she came out, he was gone.
Spencer Pryor, North Charleston Police Department: “They are truly devastated. They are pleading with the public to call police with any info.“
Late Tuesday night, police got the tip they been hoping for.
Angel was alive and well at a home in the nearby town of Summerville. Police arrested a 19-year-old and charged her with kidnapping the baby boy…right of his car seat.

Is there a follow up to this story? Who is the 19 year old that was charged? Will the mom be charged for child endangerment because of leaving the baby unattended in the car?
