Poor guy! Why don’t you cops go after the real hazards out there like folks driving while talking or texting on cell phones? Next thing you know they’ll be coming in your yard to arrest you for DUI while you cutting your grass. Slap him on the hand and let him go, he wasn’t hurting anyone but himself. Hey, and you mothers aginst drunk drivers, haven’t heard anything from you about cell phones, bet you all use them don’t you?

That’s about the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Law enforcement needs to get it’s priorities straight. Maybe if watching the news were a mandatory requirement for all those in charge, they’d realize there is actual crime going on all around us. Unless the guy was trying to mow down(pun intended) pedestrians or creating a problem on the highway, this would amount to nothing less than harassment. I just hope I never have to take a breathalyzer test while cutting my lawn. No way in #### I’d pass.
