Atlanta, GA—The Morehouse College community gathered Sunday night to celebrate the lack of serious injuries in Saturday’s bus crash outside Atlanta.
Members of the school’s House of Funk marching band were traveling to a football game when their bus overturned on an interstate. The bus was a serious mess after rolling twice before landing on the side of the road, but no one was killed.
Thirteen students were briefly hospitalized, and all but one has been released. Investigators are still looking into the cause of the accident.
