A two-vehicle accident ties up traffic for a while on I-20, Wednesday afternoon. According to a Richmond County Sheriff’s Office deputy on scene, a small passenger car collided with an SUV, in the eastbound lane, just before the Washington Road exit.

Augusta, GA—A two-vehicle accident ties up traffic for a while on I-20, Wednesday afternoon.

According to a Richmond County Sheriff’s Office deputy on scene, a small passenger car collided with an SUV, in the eastbound lane, just before the Washington Road exit.

It’s not known which car was hit first. The SUV rolled over onto the median.

There’s no word, at this point, on how serious the injuries are, or if any charges are pending.
