Augusta, GA—Some angry Richmond County residents are protesting.

The Concerned Citizens of Harrisburg are taking their protests to the business office of a man they call a problem landlord.

The grass roots group was on Wheeler Road picketing the owner of a rental property they say is ruining their neighborhood.

The Concerned Citizens of Harrisburg have been protesting landlords in the neighborhood over the last couple of months and say the goal is to have the city establish a nuisance property ordinance.

The residents plan to take their protest to the Augusta Commission, going before the Public Safety Committee on September 21st to petition the committee to develop a comprehesive problem property law.
