UPDATED: Power Restored In Morgan Road Area Of Richmond County

According to Louis Svehla, the Richmond County Board of Education’s (RCBOE) Public Information Officer, the area of Morgan Road Middle School and Jamestown Elementary School is currently experiencing a power outage. Power has now been restored. The outage was caused by an issue with Jefferson Electric.

Augusta, GA—According to Louis Svehla, the Richmond County Board of Education’s (RCBOE) Public Information Officer, the area of Morgan Road Middle School and Jamestown Elementary School is currently experiencing a power outage.

This seems to be an issue with not just the schools, but the entire area.

RCBOE maintenance crews are currently responding and plans are being made for school lunches.

Power has now been restored. The outage was caused by an issue with Jefferson Electric.
