Three Burke County schools were recognized Thursday morning by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for being outstanding nutrition environments.
Burke County, GA—Three Burke County schools were recognized Thursday morning by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for being outstanding nutrition environments.
Blakeney Elementary School, Sardis-Girard-Alexander Elementary School, and Waynesboro Primary School met the challege.
The schools took steps to improve their nutrition program and address obesity.
