Meth Lab Busted In Beech Island
According to Sgt. Dave Myers, Aiken County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators make an arrest on a found Meth Lab in Beech Island, South Carolina. James Edward Mcrae, 44, of the 500 block of Beech Island Avenue, in Beech Island, is charged with Attempt to Manufacture Methamphetamine.
Aiken, S.C., October 15, 2009—According to Sgt. Dave Myers, Aiken County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) Narcotics Investigators make an arrest on a found Meth Lab in Beech Island, South Carolina.
James Edward Mcrae, 44, of the 500 block of Beech Island Avenue, in Beech Island, is charged with Attempt to Manufacture Methamphetamine.
On October 13th, as a result of ACSO Narcotics Investigators obtaining a search warrant for a location on the 500 block of Beech Island Avenue, discovered materials consistent and required for the illegal manufacturing process of methamphetamine. As a result, Mcrae was arrested for attempting to manufacture methamphetamine.
Items discovered, consistent and required for the illegal manufacturing process of methamphetamine, at the Beech Island address, were secured and disposed of through a government contracted clean up crew per South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) regulations.
Mcrae is being held at the Aiken County Detention Center.
