Gunman Robs North Augusta Convenience Store
According to Lt. Michael Franks, the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) is investigating an armed robbery that occurred Saturday night at Quickie Jacks, 829 Edgefield Road, in North Augusta.
Aiken, SC., November 15—According to Lt. Michael Franks, the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) is investigating an armed robbery that occurred Saturday night at Quickie Jacks, 829 Edgefield Road, in North Augusta.
Shortly after 9:00 p.m., a man, armed with a pistol, walked into the store. He demanded money from an employee, who opened the cash register and handed the subject a fistful of cash. The gunman turned and walked out the store. No one was injured.
The Aiken Bloodhound Tracking Team responded and searched the immediate area.
The suspect is described as being in his 20’s, 5’5”-5’6” tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses.
